Fall 2025 Edition
THE Virginia Journal for Philosophy and Cultural Thought (previously, VJPST) is pleased to publish our Spring 2025 issue, presenting four papers that demonstrate the diversity and depth of thought relating to politics, political philosophy, and sociology. The journal is available online, following a year-round continuous publication model. In addition, the journal puts together an annual print edition, featuring a selection of the strongest and most representative pieces.
We appreciate all the submissions we received in anticipation of this issue and the work of our editorial board. We also appreciate the ongoing guidance and support of Professor Isaac Reed, Director of the Political and Social Thought program at UVA, who has been immensely helpful in realizing this vision. On behalf of our entire team, we sincerely hope you enjoy reading the Spring 2025 issue of the Virginia Journal of Philosophy and Cultural Thought.
